Problem Solution - Don't Fuck Up.

Anna, been thinking a lot about your problem solution statement as you know. Can you lay out a one liner here? (Yes – Collaborizm has launched a new initiative today called Don’t Fuck Up.)

Muhammad Usman Shahid it’s interesting you mention this concept. I’ve actually suggested this as a super futuristic version…because it does address the hygenic problem for the scooper.

I was thinking the Curbicus 19.0 would actually follow you and pick it up and dispose.

I was really glad to learn that people aren’t thrilled with cleaning up after their dogs and are interested in learning about a potential new device that would minimize the gross factor. I was pleasantly surprised that even guys were interested. 2 determining factors: price and weight, cleanliness was a given. Also interesting was the positive response to biodegradable or compostable bags. What are your thoughts?

I will have more to say on this in the morning…yes it is good results…people do seem to agree with the concept and value. I think its important to really map out their process. All the details. Leaving apartment to coming back…

When the feedback is so positive sometimes its good to question it. Is the solution 10x better then their existing process? (This is the vc rule of thumb for a product to grow and replace an existing method…not 2x better…10x)
