as #SameerDudeja already mentioned about the weight considerations, i would like to add upon few more details regarding the idea.
1.It requires additional material for building the extra four extensions of quadcopter.
2.Additional weight on the aeroplane model, which would demand an increase in the thrust provided thereby increasing the input cost for the motors.
3.The additional weight also leads to an increase in the larger surface area of the wings(necessary for the required thrust).
4.If the quadcopter engine according to your design is in the middle of the structure ,then you need to plan on the power train from the engine to the four propellers.
5.For any aeroplane model the structure is always hollow or partly filled with the components that you are going to assemble in it.
I guess You Guys need to come from the scratch again after having a good brainstorming session.

When we come across the weight consideration Boeing or some other manufacturer is planing to manufacture triple decker if it is completely filled by people consider the weight

Moreover as i said earlier we are planning to design the wings of the quadcopter in such away that the drag is reduced relatively and appreciably.

Fluid dynamics will be evaluated in the simulation part.

The triple-decker idea by the Boeing is still in conceptual phase and before discussing on that model, the design is yet to be finalized. If even they come up with a triple-decker within the near future, the basic modelling of the structure would be mostly similar to a fixed wing plane .
Also you have not understood the correct meaning of weight here in the discussion. The passenger weight and the total weight of the fuel is taken into consideration in the design phase itself, which is called the payload capacity of the aero-model.
The term “weight” that I was focusing was on the additional material that is used on your model for the same payload.In case of the Boeing(triple-decker) the design goes hand in hand with the additional payload of passengers sitting along all the three layers of arrangement.

Even that is concentrated here, actually we are focusing on the research that is going on in DRDO which deals with material less denser than aluminium and harder and stronger than aluminium.

Dude , those quad copter wings cannot in any way be aero dynamic , if u have resources ,check a model in wind tunnel!!! , those things can be feasible and are not economic at all , brainstorm more dude!
