Right now, Kandy only supports Android, iOS and JS. So what we can do is,

  1. Use Android on Raspberry Pi and pray that camera is already integrated into the OS, just like on a phone. Though it’s a hack around a problem, the resulting solution is still IoT.

  2. Create a Node.js local server, load the Kandy script on a page and serve it to the browser when requested, and pray that browser can access the webcam.

Both options need a lot of hope.

Installing android on pi isn’t a issue. But I don’t think that camera will work.
Second one is quite impressive , we can operate camera via terminal commands. Only if we can call a python script from browser to control the camera

Please try installing Android once and check for camera support.
