Hi, myself Devansh Suri, The Project Leader of Collborizm’s Summer Robothon 2017. The robotothon has its focus to get the best out of its participants. We want you to experience the power of community and how it can really help in building your dream project. Building the robot, for the prize money is not the only thing. The sense of creating something functional with a purpose to serve from scratch in itself yields an exhilarating sensation and makes you just want to keep on creating. The pool of skilled members present on collaborizm.com are here to assist you and help you in creating your bot or prototype. It takes one creation to ignite the true engineer within you.
Let me give a walkthrough of how you can participate.
First Step “Creating a Project” :

- Fill The Fields askng for your project name and the headline of it
- Fill The Category into which your project falls
- This where you right main part of your project. You can only make the edits or type texts on the left part and to the right, you will get the output. The text followed by “#” becomes bold as you can see and there is this default template, to give an idea to you what you have to type. Third Step " Getting Team Members"
You can search your friends on collaborizm or search people as per skills. You message them and text them the link to your project asking for their help.
The Fourth Step " Get Yourself Registered" :
This above is the link to registration thread. Click on register for Robotothon and paste the link to your project here
Final Step " Keep Updating and Get That Robot Moving":
Your project page is what people see, make sure it is informative so that it is easy for new joiners to catch up. You can do it textually or with help of videos. A video showing your bots functions and working is a must. Like this https://www.collaborizm.com/thread/Byp6e4sgb?utm_content=menu_share&utm_source=user_VygHUtC1W
