Are you guys planing on fabricating your own robot from scratch or looking into getting some pre built robot and program that out…?

Nouman Tahir we are looking to employ some basic robotics to make this. As you can see the goal is to make a funny video. So we need to be able to assemble something partially ourselves – that can be done in a realistic time interval.

perhaps opting for a some lego kit might be helpful, as fabricating robot from scratch might not be practical for the mentioned time limit

If they are just funny looking heads with necks (aka rotated with 1 servo each) on podiums, then we don’t need to make legs, arms, bodies, etc… and avoid a bunch of complexity, Nouman Tahir just looking for ideas along those lines, I would say a fully mechanized body is for sure not going to happen in a tight timeframe.

What if you guys did something like there were two drones (trump + hillary). Get feedback from crowd based on past divisive quotes said by each candidate.

Steven Rocker 👍 awesome 👍 , I like the idea of when we go out in public with the bots we have a different theme/topic to be addressed each time, potentially leads to a lot of funny props we could make that aren’t particularly technically complex and quick to execute
