I appreciate your concern for environment and your sense of responsibility towards our mother earth. The idea is great and clear. I live in Kerala, just near your state :- 1 year before i used to be an adventurer cyclist. I intentionally used the word " used to be " because i was the only one riding a bicycle while studying in college. Trends have tremendously changed in our country, so as the interest of teenagers. So the first thing we face would be - lack of interest and volunteers. Technical side is just simple, it’s not a big deal. But when it comes to interest and physical endurance most will go behind the lines. Alternatively we can make a club, officially get it recognized from central government, issue id’s for riders and plan long trips like interstate trips or international trips. Issue certificates of achievements and get sponsors to feed the riders on the way. Use social media to show what we can do and what we do. Make every trip adventurous and memorable. By this way we can get more peoples to join this club and rewrite the passion and interest of peoples. So this way we can promote and help peoples to opt for cycles rather than motorcycles. When more peoples tend toward this flow, we can very well plan and execute further improvements for this strategy.
