Hi Sree Vishnu , developing an analog IR sensor is very easy . Firstly I am assuming that when you say you need analog IR you need the analog values based on the amount of IR light received on the sensor . For this just continuously glow the IR led just like a normal Led and for the IR receiver , connect a high resistance of around 10 M in reversed bias mode . Then use an opamp of gain around (10 - 100 ) mV/mV for getting the better output at higher levels where you can easily decode the signal using any standard microcontroller . Also for making the range dynamic , you can also use a potentiometer with a small resistance of 300 ohms instead of 10M ohms . But I will warn you that the IR sensor is best suited under the constant lightening conditions . All the best :D
