Best tools to get stated coding without having to deal with environment setup?

I can think of

https://codepen.io

Played with, works great but limited to React or Angular, but they have a very promising NPM system
https://stackblitz.com/

Any other suggestions?

The worst part of starting coding is having to deal with setting up your environment, if you do a one hour session with a new coder chances are that you will spend at least 30 minutes getting their environment setup.

Yes, both the websites are very good and stable NPM systems which will be great to teach scripting languages and I will be using them. However, it has limitations to HTML, CSS, JavaScript and its Frameworks only.
For basics of other language of interest we can also use.

https://www.jdoodle.com/
This online terminal has more than 50 languages compiler and the UI is simple and minimalist.

https://repl.it/
This is also a great website with more than 25 programming language terminals and we can create separate classroom for every different languages.

https://www.codecademy.com
This is one of my favorite websites and the user interface is great this is what I have used personally.
