What if we use electromagnets not just below the entity, rather install them above it too. One of it can attract and the other can repel it offering effective levitation.

karthik as you said above that we can float but in order to move we need some action
Actually we need not use any kind of motor for moving forward. If you can see the pod design it contains a compressor which takes air from front and pushing it backwards. So we have created very low-pressure area at front and high-pressure area at the backwards of pod and this is how pod moves forward. This process continues through out the tube.
So we only need to use a motor to rotate compressor.

Along with the motor you will also use magnetism to move forward by change of polarities, thereby moving is possible.
