Done simulation of arm
support/motor mounting on the rod is critical and most displaced when I took Nylon 6/10 and factor of safety less than 1 and force of 1N

I’m a bit confused it’s hard to tell from the 3d model, where are the motors mounted, how are they mounted (also anything to isolate vibration?)

Sir by Friday i will upload whole assembled design and try to make a video also to demonstrate how it will work if i am able to.
simulation work can be done easily all we need to define the forces acting on which plain and there intensity too.
All things are taken seriously while assembly like insulation,damping,etc

ok , sorry I’m just not familiar with the whole ‘bladeless’ thing so didn’t know how motors were mounted here or how that whole thing would work, looking forward to video.

Motor mounting is horizontal then traditional vertical and trying to implement some features of EDF fan,please do wait for video soon going to upload SirAnton Voltchok
