I Think you can change the MIC wires to the analog input and ground so that you can fix a transmitter on the digital side. amplify before connecting to the arduino i think that may help you some better by using LM386 IC

I dont think that Arduino has anything to do with it. Why you want to use it. It does not have a shield to send RF (unless you have one) . So my idea is not to involve the Arduino for no reason.
It could use a simple ready build RF chip (dont know which I will search for ) To send audio to RF via antena and another one to receive the RF and back to speaker.
What do U think ?
