QUESTION
  ·  Mark as Answered

I have started using ESP8266 mainly for Hotspot creation and sharing data locally.But,I can connect only 4 ESP clients with a 1 ESP server.So,I want more no.of clients to be connected to a single server.How can this be achieved ? or should go with other module am not yet aware of .Any suggestions?? (I have also used NodeMCU firmare,lua script for Hotspot creation)

(I have used Node MCU firmware)
Make the following connections to upload NodeMCU Firmware:
Arduino ESP8266
Tx -----------> Tx
Rx -----------> Rx
3.3v -----------> Vcc
GND -----------> GND,GPIO0
1)Now upload empty code to your Arduino(i.e,BareMinimum code)
2)This below link will guide you to flash the firmware:
>In this link they have used a FTDI programmer,But we replace it with an Arduino.
>Ignore the connections shown in the link,make connections as shown above.
>Only folllow the guide for flashing Firmware

      http://randomnerdtutorials.com/flashing-nodemcu-firmware-on-the-esp8266-      using-windows/

3)After flashing the firmware remove GPIO0 connection.
4)Follow the below link to flash the lua script on the ESP:
>you have to Flash the code using Esplorer program(It’s a Java program,So you need Java installed in PC)
>From this link you can also create hotspot

                   http://randomnerdtutorials.com/how-to-make-two-esp8266-talk/

5)Also attaching a link for learning luascript for NodeMCU firmware:

                          http://nodemcu.readthedocs.io/en/master/

Hope this helps
