I want to share my thoughts with you about performance skill-based endorsement
Based on Anton Voltchok
THE REAL REWARD is in the near future when companies will look to hire on COLLABORIZM, they’ll know those are the people who can get jobs done for them.
Personal Profile View:
1.) Trusted Performance Skill-Based Assesment Profiling for hiring.
2.) Encourage everyone to participate and be rated according to their skills.
3.) Monitoring for the skills.
Knowing that in hiring, there are required skills for application, definitely, it is where we will start -where the company will look at.
We already have lists of skills on the left side to serve as a guide for merits - a pointing system.
The skill is based on the specific project it is applied - the reason why it is also listed in images.
i.e Database skill is applied on [Project1] [Project2] [Project3] …+3
The question that comes up,
The endorsements must be reliable.
Our target is to gain the trust of the employer or anybody that will look on the profile. and I’ve got three things that will serve as a reliable basis of assessment.
Specific Skills + Collaborated Project + Reliable Endorsement
Specific Applied skill will be supported by their involvement in the project and will be justified by the endorsements of Collaborizm People.
(Mentors, Elite Contributor, Project Lead Stars, and Builders).
A strong source of endorsements that we all know that worked hard for it.
As we can see in the image I include also the members to endorsed because there were also part of the development - I believe everyone could endorsed.
I suggest this :
1.) Minimum requirement for a person to endorse, must be a Project Leader!
Reliability is our concern to gained trust for our data gathering for merits.
2.) Pointing system for the Collaborizm People’s Endorsement.
In the image, it is just 1 person is to 1 point - we could make it like this.
Mentors = 5 pts; Elite = 4pts; Star=3pts; Builder=2pts and Project Leaders=1pt
I hope it imparts something great for Collaborizm :)
