Dimmer control relay

I have designed a dimmer control Circuit to control the relay of inductive AC load, and also using the same to control even the resistive AC load. This is working fine for both AC inductive load as well as AC resistive load.

I have designed two such circuits in my design. This is all working good when I use only either of the load at once (i.e either AC load or DC load), but when I tried to control both the loads simultaneously i.e AC resistive load and AC inductive load. the AC Resistive load (Incandescent Bulb) it is flickering.

For my Ckt I am using RB 2W10, 4N35 Orto coupler, MOC3021, BT138 Triac, and using a Zero cross detection in AC I am triggering the Triac as needed for intensity.
Please help me how can I overcome this problem.

@Abhi Verma , It is connected to two different ckt. And speed is ok as I am triggering the Triac both in positive as well as negative cycle of the Ac voltage.

i,m also trying to make the dimmer ckt for my home automation but zero detection isn’t working properly.
share your ckt if you can.
also may be your inductive load is causing problem. use a RC snubber across triac to counter the inductive issues…

Abhi Verma This is the Zero detection ckt. which I am using, hope this might help you out.

Abhi Verma in the above ckt BR is the wein bridge rectifier. and 4n35 is the ortho coupler.

your ckt seems to be fine. flickering occurs whenever switching frequency is low or cycles being missed.
inductive loads causes back emf. this emf is opposing to mains voltage.
This emf can be the reason behind your problem. for better operations use RC snubber ckt across Triac terminals. specially for inductive loads.

@ Abhi Verama
Of course, RC snibber ckt across Triac was already included. But later I found the problem was because I had been using two separate interrupts from zero crossing detection in my program as well as hardware. But later I found that the controller which I was using was unable to handle both the interrupts together.
So later I modified the program to use only single interrupt to control both the dimming level triggering of Triac, and found the issue was solved.
