Project stages

I’m currently working on a project stages feature, currently the stages I have are:

Open states

  • Ideation
  • Prototyping
  • Production

Closed states

  • Completed Successfully
  • No longer pursuing

Let me know your thoughts on these stages.

Please arrange for a way to filter out the people who dont participate actively or at all in a particular project.

Here are the open states I’m thinking off.

  • Proof of Technology (POT)
  • Wireframe or Prototyping
  • Analysis
  • Design
  • Implementation
  • Testing (Internal, Alpha, Beta)
  • Production

States of the project can be an ENUM value. However, we need a description to understand more about the state.
