Oguz Coskun Looks like an interesting project but could you please explain more clearly what is the objective of your project? I did not understand how motion sensors relates to your project, from your project description.

@Rick Stone Thank you Mr. Stone. The batteries are charged with the help of the solar cells during the day. And when in the night, photocell circuit (please refer to the circuit @http://www.buildcircuit.com/darklight-sensor-using-transistor/) let the timer turning on the the light (LED strip) for more than 1 minutes. (time depends on the capacitors, please refer to the timer circuit diagram @ http://www.electronicshub.org/adjustable-timer) And each time you pass behind the window the motion sensor turn on the light again for more than 1 minutes, if else the charge of the batteries will not be sufficient for the rest of the darkness.
