For the X/Y axis I plan on using a 15" LCD with the backlight removed & controller board mounted above a array of 50 3W 405-410NM UV LEDs, an ATX power supply, a Raspberry pi running NanoDLP & some relays.
The Raspberry pi will run on the 5v standby of the power supply using a relay to turn the power supply on & off for the rest of the electronics. The LCD will connect to the HDMI port of the Raspberry pi & the LEDs will be controlled by the Raspberry pi using a 2nd relay.
The Z axis will be a Nema 17 stepper motor with an ACME lead screw and linear rods. The Raspberry pi will use an A4988 driver to control the stepper motor.
