once the QR is read the data will be universal for the client and the server so that the App records certain data and sends the data to Arduino to Actuate the process.

And the compatibility of wifi also has to be given as the HW is prepared to have a add on as a Wifi chip

I think it would be more efficient if you used a " BLUETOOTH " module instead of the " RF " module.

It gives everyone the chance to access the control system inside the home.

impossible without microcontroller. you can only make a RF remote and switch without it.
