Task 1

Determine the best path towards steering this device.

Welcome to the team Ahmad, Wynwyn, Junaid, & Praveen 😃

Description of Task: The ultimate goal of the project is listed in the project story – but the first task is to discuss and determine what is the smartest/easiest route so we can control the steering of the car.

My Thoughts: We can use one of the following 2 options I think:

  1. We can control which fan is on/off to create a net force in the direction we want to the car to move

  2. We use some type of axel mechanism that moves the wheels via bluetooth signal

But do note that a desperate lever would make the car heavier. But that might be a good thing for a stable equilibrium for what’s it carrying though. Hmmm I’ll stick with the former statement you made on levers. Hope I helped

Ok, I’ll mark this task complete – it makes sense to me that we should move forward with just controlling the steering via fans. This way we do not make the car heavier and we do not add additional control needs.
