ya some thoughts came to my mind sir …that is to reduce the turning effect in quadcopters sir…here is the main problem…we will have to design it in rainy weather also sir…but how??

Try to keep the rotor blade’s surface area as less as possible. More area will cause turbulence in rain (drops). Make sure to cover all the electronics without compromising with the heat rejection. To reduce spinning of the quadcopter abnormally, calibrate all the four motors so that they spin at the same RPM while hovering. Arm lengths also play an important role here and angle between them.
