Stephan Fisher – you don’t make apps “go viral”. This is not a real thing. Apps that go viral have achieved Product Market Fit. It essentially means you’ve built a product where if you asked a mean (average) user “Could you live without this product” they genuinley do not know how they could live with out it from a consumer stand point. This facilitates word of mouth growth (virality). You can not fake virality. Common rookie misconception.
Net promoter score - http://www.medallia.com/net-promoter-score/ - also plays into the underlying physics of virality.
Claran Martis glad to help. We can keep the convo flowing here, don’t be shy.
