Does rough terrain includes desert also??

If so we should re think about legs and the weight of robot. Because moving in sand is much more difficult. In desert even we need a cover for camera lenses or different position for it. Camera lenses m8 get damaged very soon than expected.

Can someone tell me about its balancing nature when climbing up or down hill??
