I am thinking of having 50-100W RMS “efficient” amplifier circuits for speakers, woofers and sub-woofers as separate stackable units.
The aim is to have an ability to stack the individual units (same or different channels, based on input choice) on an amplification need-basis to:
- Build-up from a low-power; or
- Tear-down from a high-power amplifier
- Add/Remove Input signal types.
- Each input channel could go to different units (eg 5.1 configuration) or single input could optionally source multiple units.
Basically become a “Dell” for customize-and-order an amplifier.
