I think to battle Slack head to head in the consumer market it takes a one liner to make it clear. Less is more. It’s tough reading through 8-9 value prop statements as a random consumer just looking to make his life easier as fast as possible regarding project management. I’d recommend really thinking through the core value vs. slack and simplifying it to one like…like 3 panes are better than one. Something a long those lines. That’s what stood out to me about the product.
I do, as we discussed on the phone, feel the b2b market is smarter. Maybe a very very niche starting point. “We customize cutting edge project management tools for health care companies…etc”
