Right now i am using Acrylic LASER cutting for prototyping. The slider has 9 IR sensors which senses hole or no hole, and then those matrix of hole/no hole will be converted to commands and then send to BOT to action.

For now i am using acrylic cut using LASER. Sliding bar has a holding from top and bottom.

How about we design it in CAD and then 3d print it ?
3d printing can solve your issue
Acrylic is best when it comes to cost and prototyping but it’s not reliable

And injection modeling is not in our reach
