Hello, What was the material composition that you have been used in the frame design and how much the top propeller part weigh…, ? what was the maximum torque developed, rpm developed ?

Mr. Chandra the white propeller is made of polyester and the green one is made of plywood. I don’t know how to measure rpm and torque. Do you have any practicle idea to measure them ? I can only measure their weight next time when I will take them off of their tribunes. Thank you very much for your time and interest.

Hello, use infrared tachometer to measure the speed of rotating turbines…while aligning laser beam parallel to the axis of center of rotation of the blades, this gives your the speed of turbine rotation in rpm, once you get the rpm, it will be easier to calculate the torque and other things.

Seems the blades should be much more stream lined… make them smoother… by polishing.

Thank you very much Mr. Chandra. I make my best to have better surfaces for sure. And I will try to build a tachometer from used parts to be able to measure the speed of the tribunes. If you have any suggestion about a simple tachometer design circuit please do not hesitate to send us.
Again thank you very much for your kind interest and time.
