if you want to make it " kind of Closed loop… changeable… shift-able…" the car should be able to make the rear wheel system move back and fort
the wheel need to move away from front(engine) to lessen the weight it carrie
i think it will ONLY need to adjust every time the driver or passenger weight change

Yes… during weight change… and it changes the most during Acceleration and Deceleration… twists and turns… if we can incorporate this then it will be kind of Auto-Gyroscopic Balance… may be we can turn in higher speed and with more safety .
For example in Japan, an earthquake prone country… most of the High Rise are Counterbalanced with some counter Weight Shifting mechanism… that will detect Earthquaks shifts and counteracts it… minimizing the overall Building Structure shift… we can incorporate this in Racing Cars making it almost impossible to Topple. #Uncrashable Car may be… the Ultimate aim of any Racing Car!

that will need an active suspension but instead of using the control of usual active suspension, it should be controlled by Gyroscope and accelerometer

and i think going Electric is better choice… from safety point of view too… The Battery Used can be used as Counter Gyro-Balance. GPS Control will give it Ultimate Safety.
Regarding the choice of the #ElectricMotor… i think the one being used in UltraLight Heli will be the most Compact and Turbo.

There are Liquid Metal Alloys too, inventors claim its 10 times stronger than Carbon-fiber and Lighter too. Also, recent breakthrough in Nano-shaping the Necessary Metals claims to Achieve that Strength and Weight ratio by 10 more times, i.e. 100 times Efficient that Carbon-fiber. Too good to believe. They are planning to use it on Space Rockets and Aeroplanes. My be for future Upgrades.
For now Carbon-fiber or similar (economical) materials seems good choice. And i’ve seen few Car Chassis designs with Complete Fiber only… but with lot of members and connection… Molded in one shot. One such Fiber Chassis is used in Velodrome design… Human Powered Cars.
