First task is to calculate the Flight time of the aircraft where i am getting problem.
Details of components to be used
1.BLDC motor : 1000kv
2.ESC : 30amp
3.propeller : 10*5
4.Servo motor : 9g
5.Lipo battery : 3s 2200mah 30c

Total weight of Aircraft : 400grams

1.BLDC motor details
weight : 48grams
1000kv
current capacity : 12ampere/minute
max efficiency at 10ampere (that is 80%)
for betterment range should be between 4-10ampere

2.servo motor(2 pieces)
weight : 9 grams each
operates at 3.7 volts
draws 750-1000milliampere
speed : 0.12 seconds/60degree at 4.8 volts

@Steven Reubenstone thanks…but actually the those calculations are for fueled aircrafts. and this one is electric powered with lipo battery…But ya i got some hint…

actually it’s hard to find out exact timing of the flight, as BLDC uses PWM(pulse width modulation) technique. Thus voltage consumption keeps on changing throughout the flight as you will keep regulating the throttle speed. This is the reason why we can only predict a rough estimation of flight time, using the battery n motor that you have mentioned here, you can easily get 30-40 minutes of flight time on 50% throttle. full throttle speed will reduce the flight time, as it will eat up more voltage.

Vivekanand Prasad thanks… But problem is at 50% throttel AIRCRAFT will not take off Because it’s weight is more cmpared to thrust at 50% throttel…
