STORY

Project Overview

I’m working on a smart shoe project that has 3 sensors:

  1. Heart rate ,
  2. Body temperature and
  3. Accelerometer sensor

It gives a medical feedback everyday time the user wears it like his heart rate average, his body temperature, how many steps he made and how many calories he burned.

It also gives a medical suggestions for food, sports and suggests medicines. The most important part that it can pair with any device and give a set of commands by movements “gestures recognition” for example if you are playing music. If you are doing one tap by your feet it will press next ,… two taps will press previous … later there will be a fitness tracer application …the accelerometer part is done .

PS :

  1. the accelerometer gestures data x,y and z send by a bluetooth module that pairs and connects with the devices .
  2. the arduino is taking a power from a battery .

Project Steps

  • Accelerometer part is completed

To be completed:

  • 1) Heart rate sensor .
  • 2) Body temperature sensor .
  • 3) Threading each sensor with each other and the accelerometer .
  • 4) Go to a factory and put all the items in PCB micro chip .
  • 5) Put that chip somewhere unscratchble in a shoe … or make a specific shoe that protects the chip .
