  • Great way to bond with friends

I know this works since I have always maintained my weight at school and have never fallen prey to the freshman sophomore junior or senior fifteen! It all has to do with planning - if you know a busy week is coming, then make your meals ahead of time instead of grabbing the nearest junk food on campus.
